Before we get into the article below, it is important to mention that this article has received a lot of feedback from when I first posted it on our Facebook page. Many people were offering their thanks that this was found and shared, and now available to be shared with their friends and loved ones.

I know first hand the common misconceptions surrounding diabetes, and for those that are following, know that I am all about raising awareness and helping others through a communal effort in managing diabetes better through moral support or otherwise.
